Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026

The short version: Sketchedule is a tool for building and presenting schedules in your browser. You own your schedules and they stay on your device. The free plan is free; paid plans add capacity and features. The outputs are aids you should review before relying on them.

1. Agreement

Sketchedule (the "Service") is provided by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17285923), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "Sketchedule"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Sketchedule is a browser-based application for building, presenting and sharing project milestone and Gantt schedules. Your schedules are created and stored locally in your browser; the Service does not require you to upload them to us. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You can build schedules without an account. Some features (for example unlimited activities, watermark-free exports and full collaboration) require an account and/or a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the schedules and data you create ("Your Content"). Because Your Content lives on your own device, we do not access, control or back it up — keeping your own copies is your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to use any information you put into it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful use; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent security or plan limits; no reselling or redistributing the Service as your own; and no use that breaches the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property & restrictions

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted.

8. Professional disclaimer

Sketchedule is a productivity and presentation tool. Its outputs — schedules, charts, calculations and reports — are aids to support your own judgement, not professional, legal, financial or contractual advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on or share.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example sections 5, 7–10 and 13) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
